To keep it simple we have these loot rules:
Each item will be posted in raidchat so keep raid chat clear.
People are able to roll on the item.
Higher ranks have priority over lower ranks. For example: members have priority over trials , core members have priority over members.
Main specs only roll on items, offspec roling not allowed. Officers candecide wheter the item goes for disenchant or offspec if no main spec needs.
Ranking up: People get higher ranks the more they attend raids, gear up themselves in any way possible (heroics, enchants,crafts,...), allways be ready with food buffs, pots, elixirs, flasks,... etc
Helping guildies gear up also gets you noticed by the officers! keep that in mind
(Core members get a little extra, meaning they can repair from guildbank money)
